Terms of Service

These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the yttriumstudio.com waitlist site (the “Site”). They do not cover the Yttrium Studio product itself - separate product terms will apply when the product launches. The Site is operated by Yttrium Studio (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or submitting the waitlist form you agree to these Terms.

You may join the waitlist by submitting the form with accurate information. Joining the waitlist means we will contact you about early access to Yttrium Studio and may send occasional pre-launch updates. It does not entitle you to any specific access tier, pricing, feature, or guaranteed account.

Use the Site only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• submit the form on behalf of another person without their permission;
• automate signups, spam the form, or otherwise attempt to overwhelm it;
• probe for, scan, or test vulnerabilities or attempt to access data that is not yours;
• copy, scrape, or republish the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The Site, including its text, code, design, and branding, is owned by Yttrium Studio. You may view it in a browser for the purpose of evaluating Yttrium Studio. All other rights are reserved.

The Site is provided on an as-is basis. We may modify, suspend, or remove parts of it - including the waitlist - at any time, and may close the waitlist before launch. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect people already on the waitlist.

To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms as Yttrium Studio evolves. If we make material changes before launch we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify people on the waitlist by email.
